DEAR FAMILY: Your child has been studying pop art, in which objects from everyday life, including advertised products, are used as subject matter for art.

Help your child to create his or her own pop art still life! Find objects around your home that are similar to the shapes below (e.g. a toothbrush would fit in a long, thin space). Draw them into the available spaces – use as many spaces as you wish. Color them when you're done!
