THE ART OF ENTERTAINING

To enhance your experience at the Gallery, we offer audio tours and/or guided docent tours of the permanent collection and special exhibitions. The cost of this service is included in our usage fees. A guided docent tour beyond the 1962 Building may require a small additional security fee.

Our Events Coordinator is available to answer your questions and to assist you in designing the perfect, signature event. The Events Coordinator will be available until all set-up and audio/visual needs meet with your expectations.

Scheduling

We invite you to visit the Gallery to view our facilities prior to booking your event. The Gallery is pleased to accept reservations up to one year in advance of your event.

Please keep in mind that the Gallery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and our facilities are not available on Fridays from 3 to 10 p.m. during Gusto at the Gallery programming.

Decorations

To ensure your enjoyment of our collection, we ask that displays, decorations, and/or equipment be approved in advance. Any property or equipment must be transported through the Gallery under Gallery staff supervision.

Banners are subject to approval and are limited to designated areas.
