Rembrandt to Rauschenberg: The Norton Print Collection
September 28 - December 31, 2000

The Norton family made a major gift to the Albright-Knox Art Gallery of more than 900 prints from the F. Paul Norton and Frederic P. Norton collection. This exhibition featured a selection from the impressive survey of works on paper from the fifteenth to the twentieth century. The exhibition was co-organized by Curator Kenneth Wayne and Assistant Curator Claire Schneider and was accompanied by a catalogue with fifty color illustrations and a text by Wayne.
