Facility Rentals

The Albright-Knox Art Gallery offers its Auditorium and restaurant facilities for rentals Tuesday through Sunday during regular business hours, 7 am to 5 pm. AK Café and the Gallery’s Auditorium are unique settings for formal corporate events and informal breakfast gatherings. All event attendees have access to the Gallery’s world-renowned Collection of contemporary and modern art.

We regret that we are unable to accomodate weddings, wedding receptions, and fundraising events of any nature.

Facility rental fees are discounted 10% as a benefit of Gallery membership at the $300 level and above, and for not-for-profit organizations. Corporate business partners in the Gallery’s After Hours @ AK program receive a 15% discount. All facility fees directly support the Albright-Knox Art Gallery and include admission fees, a guided tour (docent or audio), parking, and security.

Event Spaces
AK Café and Sculpture Garden

AK café and Sculpture Garden

 

AK Café is available for private breakfasts from 7 to 10 am. A variety of cold breakfast items are offered and can be served in a seated or buffet setting amid selected artworks from the Gallery’s Collection. The Sculpture Garden is a visual extension of AK Café and provides a beautiful additional gathering space in good weather.

AK Café media options include a large screen, podium, microphone, and full PowerPoint capabilities for meetings and corporate events.

CAPACITY:
80 for sit-down events
90 for standing receptions 

RENTAL FEES:
$500 for up to three hours (7 to 10 am)
Breakfast charged per person, based on menu selected (View Menu Options)
Technical or AV support: $75 per hour

AK Café can also accommodate semi-private luncheons for up to forty people. For reservations, which are required, please call AK Café at 716.270.8223.


Auditorium

 

The Gallery’s Auditorium is the perfect setting for meetings, sales, or new product presentations, and is available from 7 am to 5 pm. The Auditorium is quiet and private and is fully equipped with a formal podium with microphone, large screen, and PowerPoint and video capabilities. 

CAPACITY:
348 seated

RENTAL FEES:
$1,000 for up to four hours; $200 for each additional hour
Technical or AV support: $75 per hour
