SCHOOL GROUP AND PRIVATE SCHOLAR VISITS

 
The F. Paul Norton and Frederic P. Norton Family Prints and Drawings Study Center is available to scholars and school groups of fewer than fifteen people, by appointment, most Wednesdays, between 2 and 5 pm. Our Resident Print Expert is also available at this time. We cannot accommodate groups of more than fifteen people.

Visits may last up to one hour and you may view up to fifteen works from the Center during your appointment. You may search the Gallery’s Fine Art Collection to select which works you would like to view.

Schedule Your Appointment

Appointment requests should be submitted at least one month prior to the date you would like to visit. To request an appointment, please contact Senior Registrar Laura Fleischmann at 716.270.8279, or lfleischmann@albrightknox.org.

When you schedule your appointment, please indicate which artworks (limit fifteen) you would like to view. Albright-Knox staff will try to accommodate all requests; however, some works may not be available due to outgoing loans, conservation issues, or staff limitations. If a work is unavailable, you will be notified promptly. 

Prepare for Your Visit

All school groups must be accompanied by a teacher or professor. School groups can enter the Gallery through the Elmwood Avenue entrance. Admission fees will be waived, but parking fees still apply. Only Albright-Knox staff will be allowed to handle the artwork during your visit.
