AK Contemporary
The AK Contemporary series focuses on contemporary artists. Each program in the series begins with a lecture in which Assistant Curator of Education Jessica DiPalma provides an in-depth look at the artist’s life and work and concludes with the screening of a documentary film in which the artist is featured. This series marks the first time many of these films have been screened in Western New York.
AK Contemporary is part of M&T FIRST FRIDAYS @ THE GALLERY. All events are FREE for Members, $5 for non-members. Programs will be scheduled periodically throughout each year.
