New Non-refund Policy

In anticipation of the Spring Art and Yoga session at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery we are informing you of our new non-refund policy. Pre-registration for each class in the session is strongly encouraged as space is limited. Due to the popularity of this program, please be aware that if you choose to pre-register and are unable to attend the class we will no longer be able to issue a refund.

Walk-ins who pay on the day of each class will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the remaining spaces in the class are full.

In the rare instance that a class is cancelled by the museum or instructor, refunds will be issued to all participants who have pre-registered.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact Guest Services Manager Janelle Jaeger at 716.270.8296, or jjaeger@albrightknox.org.
