What kind of tour would you like? The Gallery offers free guided tours for K-12 school groups through our artscool program, self-guided tours for K-12 school and college groups, group tours for adults, free public tours, and verbal description tours. Learn more about each tour option below.
Guided School Tours: For K–12 Groups
(Include Free Admission and a Bus Subsidy)
All guided school tours for K–12 groups are free, include a transportation subsidy, are guided by a Gallery-trained docent, and satisfy New York State Learning Standards.

Self-Guided School Tours: For K–12 and College Groups
Teachers may guide groups of students through the museum independently. Group admission fees apply. Bus subsidies are not available for self-guided groups.

Adult Group Tours
Group tours are led by Gallery-trained docents and can be arranged for groups of 15 or more people. Group admission fees apply.

Free Public Tours
Public tours are led by Gallery-trained docents and are free with Gallery admission. Tours are offered on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 1:30 pm.
