In order to ensure the most positive and meaningful experience for all visitors, we ask you to review the following museum guidelines and share this information with your chaperones and students before arriving at the Gallery.
Responsibilities of a Chaperone
Chaperones can enhance the success of the tour and the amount of learning that can take place by showing active interest in the works of art while supervising student behavior.
While touring the museum, you are required to stay with your assigned group at all times. All students in grades K–12 must remain in groups with their assigned chaperone at all times.
It is the responsibility of the chaperone to review the museum rules and behavior outlined below, to communicate the rules to their group, and to enforce the rules at all times while in the museum.
If student behavior is found to be disruptive to the Gallery setting, the Gallery reserves the right to ask the group to sit out the rest of the tour.
Museum Rules
Remain with assigned group at all times.
Please do not touch the artwork or lean on the walls.
Please view the art at a safe distance: at least three feet away.

The Gallery Shop welcomes one group of chaperoned students at a time. Each group must consist of 1 chaperone and no more than 15 students.
