How to Schedule Adult Tours with a Guide

Reservations
Reservations must be made by the tenth of the month prior to the month you would like to visit. (For example, reservations must be made by October 10 for a November tour.) Space is limited; we encourage you to request your dates as early as possible.

For more information and to schedule a tour, please call 716.270.8226 or email grouptours@albrightknox.org. Communication by e-mail is preferred, and will facilitate a timely response.

Please have the following information available when you call or e-mail:

• Organization/person’s name, address, and contact information
• Number of adults attending
• Several potential visit dates and times
• Any special needs your group may have

Closed Mondays and Independence, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Days.

Confirmation
A tour confirmation letter will be sent to you upon scheduling a tour. Please note, your tour IS NOT officially SCHEDULED until you return the the confirmation card included with your letter.

Tour Size

• A minimum of 15 people is required for a guided tour.
• Groups smaller than 15 are invited to join our daily public tours.
