How to Schedule a School Group Without a Gallery Guide
Reservations
Teachers may wish to guide their students through the museum independently.
Unguided groups cannot be larger than 60 people, and must follow the Guidelines for Chaperones.
Reservations must be made fourteen days prior to the day of your visit. For more information and to make a reservation, please call 716.270.8226 or email grouptours@albrightknox.org. Communication by e-mail is preferred.
Please have the following information available when you call or e-mail:
- School name, address, school district, and contact information
- Potential visit dates and times
- Number of students and chaperones attending
- Grade level of students

Group Size and Chaperone Policy
- The maximum number of students admitted to the Gallery at once is 60; groups of more than 60 students may visit the museum in shifts.
- Please divide your group into several smaller groups of 15 students each, with a dedicated chaperone. School groups will be admitted to the Gallery ONLY if they have the requisite number of chaperones: one adult per 15 students is required for grades K – 12.
- No student may tour the Gallery unchaperoned. Chaperones must remain with their group throughout the duration of their visit and are responsible for the group's behavior.
