Permission and Requests for Images

The following form must be completed by anyone wishing to reproduce any of the images owned by the Albright-Knox Art Gallery (The Buffalo Fine Arts Academy). Once completed, the form can be sent either electronically [by hitting the submit button below] or it can be printed and sent via fax to 716.882.1958 or standard mail. Please address all correspondence to:

Typical process time is four to six weeks from the date the request is received. Unless otherwise arranged, images will only be sent after completed paperwork and fees are received. All permission for use is granted at the sole discretion of the Albright-Knox Art Gallery. It is the responsibility of the requesting party to obtain any other clearances that may be needed from third parties, such as the Artists Rights Society or the Visual Artists and Galleries Association. Images used can never be cropped or superimposed. Unless otherwise arranged, all permissions for reproduction are for one time, one language, and one edition use.
