Drop-in Art Activity for Families
Friday, February 1, 2013, 5–7 pm
Please join us for this month's drop-in art activity for families, led by Augustina Droze from Young Audiences of WNY.
Masks are used in many cultures to connect with a ceremony or event. Using African and Asian masks for inspiration, participants will use a variety of fun materials to create and decorate their own masks.
Augustina Droze is an internationally recognized artist specializing in large-scale murals and public art. In addition to designing and creating public artworks, she has also worked as an arts educator.
