ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Managing Partner of the Larkin Development Group
Howard Zemsky is Managing Partner of the Larkin Development Group, which is actively redeveloping the historic Larkin District in Buffalo into a mixed-use commercial, residential, and retail district.
Zemsky serves as a Commissioner of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA), is President of the Richardson Center Corporation, and is Vice Chair of the Buffalo State College Council. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Buffalo Place, the Michigan Street Preservation Commission, Medical Recovery Management LLC, MOD-PAC Inc., and the Martin House Restoration Corporation, for which he served as chair for five years.
Zemsky holds a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Rochester. He and his wife Leslie have lived in Buffalo for nearly thirty years and have raised three children.
