This intensive, two-week art class, taught by an artist, is intended for students who are becoming serious about the visual arts and/or preparing for college applications. The emphasis will be on developing skills and style in drawing, painting, and sculpture.
We are offering two sessions: A morning session (9 am–noon) and an afternoon session (1–4 pm). Both sessions are open to students who will be entering grades 9–12 in September 2014.
Each session is limited to twenty students. Registration and pre-payment for the complete session are required. Refunds will not be given for missed classes within the session. To register for either session, please call 716.270.8292, or complete and mail the Registration Form. Confirmation of registration will be sent by email one week before class begins.
The deadline for registration is Wednesday, July 9, 2014.
A limited number of scholarships are available both sessions. They will be awarded to students (entering grades 9–12) who can demonstrate financial need. Financial need can be demonstrated by a reduced lunch form, a letter from a social service agency or clergy member, or another document indicating combined family income is $35,000 or below.
