Look Out!

Landscape was the theme of this interactive space. Visitors entered the room by walking on a wooden boardwalk. When pushed, buttons on the handrailings triggered colorful shadows of landscape images on the walls or made animal noises. The boardwalk directed visitors into a lookout space. Binoculars were available to look closely at images of landscapes on the walls and copper plates on the railings revealed secrets about artworks in the form of poetry. The interactive computer encased in the floorboards further enhanced the exploration of the landscape theme.
