Seymour Drumlevitch was a prolific abstract painter of primarily oil paintings and ink drawings. After 1960, he incorporated collage in his work, which often featured Jewish themes. Drumlevitch taught art for many years at the Albright Art Gallery and the State University of New York at Buffalo. This exhibition provided an opportunity to trace the development of his work and included nearly 200 paintings, drawings, collages, and prints, including five works from the museum’s collection.
