Virtual Educators' Workshop Terms of Agreement

Information

Before the date of the workshop, please send the Albright-Knox facilitator a list of any necessary items required by the district (attendance verification letter, etc.). Also, please make sure you have let the facilitator know which videoconferencing platform to use for the lesson and ensure that the platform is working.

Cancellation Policy

The workshop may be cancelled by the Albright-Knox due to facilitator illness or scheduling conflicts. If this is the case, you will receive a full refund of fees paid. You may cancel up to one week prior to the date of your session. If you need to cancel your program, please email lkranz@albrightknox.org. The sooner you contact us, the more likely it will be that we can find another date for your session. If you cancel the workshop within one week of the date of the program, we are not able to return your 50% deposit.

Fees

The fee is $175 for a two-hour workshop and $225 for a three-hour workshop. Art supply kits are available for pick-up for an additional $20 per person.

Evaluation

Please ask all workshop participants to complete the feedback surveys that will be provided by the facilitator.
