2018 Future Curators

The 2018 Future Curators team consists of 16 students in grades 11 and 12:

From January to April 2018, this creative team of young aspiring art professionals is learning what goes on behind the scenes at the Albright-Knox and using the museum's collection and special exhibitions to think about art from the mindset of a curator.

The 2018 Future Curators' exhibition of artwork by local high school students—Push + Pullwill be on view at the Albright-Knox from Friday, April 13, through Sunday, May 13, 2018, with an exhibition opening celebration planned by the team on Thursday, April 12, from 5 to 8 pm. It will also be on view at the Buffalo Center for Arts and Technology (BCAT) from Friday, April 13, through Monday, April 23, 2018, with an exhibition celebration on Thursday, April 19, from 5 to 6:30 pm.
