Join Power Yoga Buffalo’s Steve Procknal and the Albright-Knox for an evening of sensory meditation and art. While moving through the exhibition Out of Sight! Art of the Senses, participants will look at several different artworks in this guided meditation.
Space is limited to thirty participants. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Stools and floor seating are provided; no mats are allowed. Registration includes parking and admission to Out of Sight! Art of the Senses.
About the Instructor
Steve Procknal teaches at Power Yoga Buffalo. In addition to his work, Steve volunteers his time with various community organizations.
