Lower Level East Galleries

Take a break and join us at the Albright-Knox for an evening of meditation and art. Power Yoga Buffalo’s Steve Procknal will lead visitors through a guided meditation in the galleries. Participants can find respite and relaxation in the museum as they focus on mindfulness and balance in the new year.

Comfortable clothing recommended. Stools and floor seating will be provided; no mats allowed. Participants who present their event registration will be given discounted admission to Picasso: The Artist and His Models on February 16, 2017. Also that evening, the museum will be open until 9 pm, and AK Café will be open until 8:30 pm with a limited menu.

About the Instructor

Steve Procknal teaches at Power Yoga Buffalo.  As a world traveler, Procknal frequently teaches and assists at yoga retreats globally. In addition to his yoga practice, he is an endurance athlete, world traveler, Lululemon Ambassador, and all-around Buffalo Enthusiast.
