On the occasion of her exhibition Shantell Martin: Someday We Can at the Albright-Knox and in anticipation of her project with the Albright-Knox's Public Art Initiative, artist Shantell Martin will have a discussion with Albright-Knox Curator of Public Art Aaron Ott

Using her simple trademark linework—black ink on white surfaces—Shantell Martin transforms everything from walls to found objects, ceramics, toys, sneakers, and even the faces and bodies of participants and passersby into a signature visual narrative.
