About Sky Cubacub

Sky Cubacub is a non-binary disabled Filipinx queer from Chicago, Illinois. Rebirth Garments is their clothing line for the full spectrum of gender, size, and ability. They maintain the notion of Radical Visibility, a movement based on unapologetically flaunting our bodies through the use of bright colors, exuberant fabrics, and innovative designs. Sky was recently named 2018 Chicagoan of the Year by the Chicago Tribune and is a 2019/2020 Kennedy Center Citizen Artist. Rebirth Garments has been featured in Teen Vogue, Nylon, Playboy, The New York Times, and many more publications.

Horizon Health Services provides hope and healing for individuals and their families dealing with substance use and/or mental health disorders. We offer person-centered care to help individuals and their families achieve improved health, including outpatient counseling, detox and stabilization, inpatient and residential services, medical, psychiatric, counseling, and support services. In addition, Horizon offers teleservices for mental health and substance use counseling for individuals, groups, and family members.
