Captured: Art’scool Educators’ Workshop: Bundle Up and Think in Three Dimensions
March 12, 2013
As part of the 2012–2013 Artist-in-Residence program, the Gallery is hosting a series of Art’scool Educators’ Workshops.
On February 5, Associate Curator of Education Nancy Spector and Education Department Associate Lindsay Kranz led an exploration of the Albright-Knox’s 2012–2013 Artist-in-Residence Exhibition, Dennis Maher: House of Collective Repair. Educators also participated in activities from Bundle Up! Thinking in Three Dimensions, the lesson plan created to accompany the exhibition, which was inspired by lessons taught by the artist in residence himself: Buffalo artist, architect, and educator Dennis Maher. Maher kicked off the evening with a tour of his exhibition in the 1905 Albright Building.
Another Bundle Up and Think in Three Dimensions Art’scool Educators’ Workshop took place on Tuesday, February 5, 2013. View Photos from February 5 Workshop
The museum is closed. Please visit us tomorrow between 10 am and 5 pm.
