Community Youth Groups

Community youth groups between 12 and 60 people are invited to schedule a guided or self-guided tour of our collection and special exhibitions during museum hours. Groups of pre-K students are not eligible for self-guided tours. Docents will be made available to pre-K groups of 12 or more students at no extra cost. Groups with fewer than 12 people are invited to join our public tours.

Please note: Pre-K–12 teachers are invited to schedule a free guided tour for their students through our Art'scool program. Bus subsidies are not available for self-guided groups.

About Your Tour

As we prepare for our AK360 Campus Development and Expansion Project, group tours will be offered during regular museum hours through October 31, 2019. Guided tours typically last one hour and will include a selection of highlights from the collection as well as the special exhibitions on view.

Schedule Your Tour

Reservations are preferred by the 10th of the month prior to the month you would like to visit. (For example, reservations should be made by September 10 for an October tour.) Space is limited; we encourage you to request your dates as early as possible.

To schedule a tour, please fill out our Group Tour Request Form. Please read our Group Tour Guidelines and Group Tour Terms of Agreement before scheduling your tour. We will get back to you shortly after receiving your request in order to confirm your tour.

For more information regarding group admission rates, please contact Group Tour Coordinator Megan Woloszyn at 716.270.8336 or mwoloszyn@albrightknox.org. Communication by email is preferred and will facilitate a timely response.
