Groups of Adults, College Students, and Youth

We offer group tours for various audiences at Albright-Knox Northland. Groups of adults, groups of college students, and community youth groups between 10 and 40 people are invited to schedule guided or self-guided tours of special exhibitions

Group tours may be scheduled on Fridays between noon and 7 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 am and 5 pm.

Albright-Knox Northland is a donation-based, Pay-What-You-Wish space. For groups between 10 and 25 people, we suggest a donation of $50 upon arrival. For groups between 25 and 40 people, a donation of $100 is recommended. All proceeds benefit Albright-Knox operations and programming. Tours last for about 30–45 minutes. Guided tours are no longer than 30 minutes.

Please review our Courtesy Code prior to making your request. By agreeing to these policies, you will help us create a safe and enjoyable visit for all.

Schedule Your Tour

Reservations are preferred by the 10th of the month prior to the month you would like to visit. (For example, reservations should be made by September 10 for an October tour.) Space is limited; we encourage you to request your dates as early as possible.

Although we are not scheduling docents at this time, a staff member may be available upon request to lead your group on a 30-minute guided tour. If you are interested in arranging a guided tour, please contact Group Tour Coordinator Megan Woloszyn at 716.270.8336 or mwoloszyn@albrightknox.org. Communication by email is preferred and will facilitate a timely response.

Please read our Courtesy CodeGroup Tour Guidelines and Group Tour Terms of Agreement before scheduling your tour. We will get back to you shortly after receiving your request in order to confirm your tour.
