Host an Event

We invite you to host an event in the Albright-Knox’s restaurant or Auditorium Tuesday through Sunday from 7 am to 5 pm. AK Café and the museum’s Auditorium are unique settings for meetings and corporate events. All event attendees have access to the museum’s world-renowned collection of modern and contemporary art. All rentals include admission fees, parking, and security. Catering, linens, décor, and service staff are not included in the rental, and may be arranged through the Special Events Office.

Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate weddings, wedding receptions, religious events, political events, and fundraising events of any nature.

Event Spaces

AK Café and Sculpture Garden

AK Café is available for private meetings from 7 to 11 am Tuesday through Sunday. Seasonal catering menus are available, and food can be served in a seated or buffet setting. The Sculpture Garden is a visual extension of AK Café and provides a beautiful additional gathering space in good weather. Media options include a podium, microphone, and large screen with full PowerPoint capabilities.

Capacity:
80 for sit-down events
100 for standing receptions

Rental Fees:
$500 for up to three hours
Per person charges based on your menu selections (View Catering Menu)
Technical or AV support: $75 per hour

For parties smaller than 40 people, we invite you to consider hosting a group lunch.

AK Café

Auditorium

The museum’s Auditorium, available from 7 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Sunday, is the perfect setting for meetings and business presentations. The space is private and quiet, and overlooks Hoyt Lake and Delaware Park. It is fully equipped with a podium, microphone, and large screen with full PowerPoint and video capabilities.

Capacity:
348 seated

Rental Fees:
$1,000 for up to four hours; $200 for each additional hour
Technical or AV support: $75 per hour

Member Discounts

Albright-Knox Members at the Sustainer level and above receive a 10% discount on facility rental fees. Corporate Members at the Consultant level and above have priority access to the museum’s facilities during normal operating hours with facility rental fees waived. Corporate Members at the President level and above have exclusive evening access to the museum’s facilities after normal operating hours with facility rental fees waived. Discounts also apply to not-for-profit organizations and cultural partners.

All facility fees directly support the Albright-Knox Art Gallery.
