These grey sandstone houses were built circa 1845. It is unclear as to the exact date when these particular houses were torn down, but it was prior to the Albright Art Gallery’s (now Albright-Knox Art Gallery) exhibition, Buffalo Architecture, 1816–1940, in 1940.
