Community Speakers Program

Bring the Albright-Knox to your facility! Our staff members can come to you to present on various topics related to art and museums. Speaking engagements are one hour and can be fulfilled within a 20-mile radius from the museum. We regret that we cannot accommodate Canadian/international locations.

Please submit your request for a speaker at least six weeks before your event date. Please note that requests for speakers are subject to staff availability and scheduling. For speaking engagements during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm), the fee is $150. For evening and weekend events, the fee is $200.

To request a speaker for your event, please complete and submit the Community Speaker Request Form. Please read our Community Speakers Program Terms of Agreement before placing your request. After receiving your request, we will contact you in two to five business days to move forward with scheduling.
