Education Exhibition Hallway

This exhibition features a variety of expressive self-portraits by North Tonawanda City Schools students in grades 2 through 6, taught by Visual Arts teacher Melinda Wright. Students in each grade explored RULER vocabulary and expressive works in the Albright-Knox's collection, then created expressive self-portraits using a variety of mediums.

RULER is an acronym that stands for: Recognizing emotions in self and others; Understanding the causes and consequences of emotions; Labeling emotions accurately; Expressing emotions appropriately; and Regulating emotions effectively.

Admission to this exhibition is free on M&T FIRST FRIDAYS @ THE GALLERY.
