Tuesday, October 8, 2019Sunday, October 27, 2019

Education Exhibition Hallway

Medina Central School District's K–12 artists have used various skills and techniques to create artworks based on themes or "Big Ideas" relating to popular culture and self-interest. Medina's Visual Arts program incorporates the 8 Studio Habits of Mind, the New York State Visual Arts Common Core standards, and personal choice in order to promote an environment in which students facilitate their own creation and learning. Students used a variety of media, including paint, collage, papier-mâché, clay, pencils, and model magic, to create the works in this exhibition, showcasing the artistic skills of our Medina artists.

Admission to this exhibition is free on M&T FIRST FRIDAYS @ THE GALLERY.
